This organization is raising matching funds through the Seed-And-Scale Match Fund in the Education Access category to expand the impact of its work in Greater Coatesville. Every dollar donated directly to this nonprofit is matched by The Alliance for Health Equity, helping strengthen programs, increase services, and create lasting change in our community.

Specifically, we are raising money through Seed-And-Scale for our Coatesville Youth Workforce Pipeline Initiative. This provides paid internships and employer partnerships for youth ages 14-18 by recruiting 15-25 new employer host sites and growing placements from about 40 to 50-70 youth annually. We intend to increase access to structured paid work experience and build a sustainable pipeline toward long-term economic stability.
