This organization is raising matching funds through the Seed-And-Scale Match Fund in the Education Access category to expand the impact of its work in Greater Coatesville. Every dollar donated directly to this nonprofit is matched by The Alliance for Health Equity, helping strengthen programs, increase services, and create lasting change in our community.

Specifically, we are raising money through Seed-And-Scale for our Workforce Reintegration Program to provide job training, certifications, and support services to roughly 500 unemployed and underemployed adults annually, including a paid Work Enclave, supply chain and manufacturing skills, digital literacy, QuickBooks, retail certification, allied health training, and driver education. OIC intends to help participants secure living-wage jobs ($18+/hour) and retain them for 12 or more months.
