• Tom Keubler Dog Guide & Employee Support Fund: Provides paid time off for employees to travel, receive, and train with their guide dogs, supporting long-term independence and mobility.
• Lighthouse Low Vision Services & Clinic: Offers comprehensive low vision rehabilitation, clinical services, and an on-site retail store for assistive devices.
• Education and Community Programs: Includes a DeafBlind retreat, Braille courses, and outreach programs that educate elementary school students about blindness and accessibility.
• Workplace Support Services: Employees receive up to three hours per month of Orientation & Mobility (O&M) training, access to a supported employment program with dedicated coaching, and computer skills training to help them succeed in their roles.
