We are proud to announce our 6th Annual Spring Forward Virtual Walk, Run and Roll, May 28- June 7! Spring Forward is an inclusive, virtual event, allowing participants the flexibility to run, walk, or roll their 5K when and where they choose. Join us for our new (in-person) kickoff event!
The first 100 registrants will receive a Spring Forward Swag Bag!
During times of stress, it's important for your mental and physical health to find time to get outside and exercise. Supporting our Spring Forward Virtual 5k is a great way to get motivated while helping to fund critical programs serving local older adults, people with disabilities, and caretakers. Programs like Meals on Wheels, Care Management, Medicare/Medicaid insurance counseling, and others that your neighbors may use and rely on.
While there are no fundraising requirements, we encourage you to amplify your support of Minuteman’s mission. Ask your friends and family to support your journey by donating or joining your fundraising team! Together, you can help each other fundraise and meet up to complete your walk, run, or roll!
