Event FAQs

Q: I participated in previous years but I can't login.
A: We changed to a new event platform last year! There are a number of new features that will improve your virtual experience, but it does mean that previous credentials are no longer valid. We ask that you create a new user name and password.

Q: Do I need to fundraise after paying the registration fee?
A:  No further fundraising is required. However, we hope you will consider maximizing your support by setting up an individual or team fundraising page. Minuteman Senior Services relies on individual and corporate giving to deliver our programs and services. Any additional gifts are appreciated and pulling a team together is a fun way to participate!

Q: How do I access my team or individual fundraiser page after I register?
A: We recommend bookmarking the fundraising hub website or you can log in by using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.

Q: How do I get my event Swag Bag?
A: We will be posting dates/times to pick up event Swag Bags at our office or join us at our in-person kickoff event! Stay tuned for updates!

Q: Why does Minuteman ask for permission to contact participants?
A: Leading up to the event, Minuteman will be contacting all registered participants with event updates and instructions to pick up your Spring Forward Swag Bag. Additional contact may be necessary in the unlikely event of an issue with your registration.

Q: What if I am unable to complete the event after I register?
A: No problem! You will still get your Swag Bag and any other participant benefits.

Q: Do I need to submit proof that I completed the event?
A: No! This event is not judged on speed or miles completed. We just want participants to have fun and enjoy walking, running or rolling outside!

Q: Is there somewhere that I can share photos?
A: Yes! We encourage you to share your pictures and training progress on social media using #SpringForwardMSS2026.
