Support Stuff the Bus with the Alamo City Que’s! Since 2008, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. – Psi Alpha Chapter (The Alamo City Que’s) has proudly partnered with Communities In Schools of San Antonio to support students and families through the annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive. Over the years, our chapter has raised tens of thousands of dollars in donations and collected hundreds of tons of school supplies to help ensure students throughout South Texas begin the school year prepared for success. Your contribution can make a direct impact by providing students with essential items such as: Backpacks - School supplies -  Classroom materials -   Educational technology resources  - Support for families with multiple children Every donation, no matter the size, helps remove barriers to learning and empowers students to reach their full potential. Cause I Ain't Got a Pencil

I woke myself up

Because we ain't got an alarm clock

Dug in the dirty clothes basket,

Cause ain't nobody washed my uniform

Brushed my hair and teeth in the dark,

Cause the lights ain't on

Even got my baby sister ready,

Cause my mama wasn't home.

Got us both to school on time,

To eat us a good breakfast.

Then when I got to class the teacher fussed

Cause I ain't got no pencil.

Stuff The Bus School Supply Drive is one of city's largest school supply drives that serves thousands of under-served students and families. Many of our families are below the poverty line and cannot afford all the supplies their children need to start their school year. The funds raised through this event will be given to about 130 CIS-SA partnering schools (elementary-high school) across 15 school districts to purchase supplies for any student in need at that campus. Your support helps to alleviate the stress of back-to-school expenses and allows students to focus on their education with the tools they need to be successful.
