On October 3, I’ll be walking in the 2026 Capital Area Humane Society’s Walk for the Animals—and I’m walking because I believe in their cause and mission of protection, treatment, and education for animals.

Pets arrive for differnet reasons, but most importantly they recieve the love and care they need to recover, rehabilitate, and then unite with their next family.

CAHS receives no state or federal funding and isn’t affiliated with any national organizations. Their work is entirely powered by the generosity of people like you.
