The company that I work for, Boenning & Scattergood (B&S), is once again sponsoring the "Boenning Scattershots" team to participate in this year’s Junior Achievement Bowl-A-Thon. B&S Managing Director, Charlie Crowley, has been involved as a Board Member of Junior Achievement for several years, so each year our staff spends an afternoon of food and fun, bowling for this wonderful cause.

Therefore, we would appreciate it if you would consider sponsoring our team. Junior Achievement is a great organization that introduces children to economics and the free enterprise system, as an important complement to the regular K-12 social studies curriculum. The students have fun in the classroom and gain practical knowledge and skills that can help them in a variety of areas, including setting career goals and personal finance. One of JA’s most exciting and recent programs is the Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge - a fun-filled, action-packed competition where high school students have the opportunity to simulate the experience of standing on the trading floor of the NYSE.
