I learned about Junior Achievement through my high school teacher Mr. Villars, who always kept us active in the JA professional events. Through this exposure, I was able to grow tremendously when it came to adapting to a professional environment. I even discovered the JA Glenlyon Scholarship which has helped me in my college career and has allowed me to focus on getting my B.S. in Civil Engineering this upcoming spring semester.
My Planned Virtual 5K Route:
Thanks to the virtual aspect of the JA 5k, I am able to participate in the event here at San Jose State University. I plan on completing the 5k over time by going on morning runs around Tower Lawn on campus.
