We Need A Cure!
A Mother's Plea....
My name is Daria Dillard Stone and I am the mother of a brain tumor survivor. Never in a million years did I think I would ever utter these words. But true to the promise of Jeremiah 29:11, one of my daughter's favorite scriptures, God knews the plans he had for her...plans to prosper her and not to harm her...plans to give her HOPE and a future! A weapon was indeed formed but 6yrs later, I am able to rejoice that it did not prosper! And my baby is still shining her bright light everywhere she goes, sharing her story to raise awareness about brain tumors!
Please join me as I support the UC Brain Tumor Center at the "2020 Walk Ahead for a Brain Tumor Cure" on SUN OCT 18th! This year the walk is VIRTUAL, which means we will be walking right here in Dayton at our beautiful DeWeese Park, instead of gathering in Cincinnati. Once you register, you will receive all the pertinent walk information you need directly from our fearless & faith-filled Team Captain, my daughter, Billi Ewing, If you are physically unable to join us, I ask you to please consider giving her a donation to help her reach her fundraising goal. We're asking everyone to donate a minimum of $17 in honor of the 11th year for the Walk Ahead 5K and Billi's 6th year of being BRAIN TUMOR FREE!
