2020 Red Shoe Ride/Walk/Run
The annual Red Shoe Ride/Walk/Run to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri is going virtual!
THANK YOU to everyone who has registered – we know you will have a lot of fun participating in the 62-mile or 17-mile bike ride, or the 5K walk/run—all in your own neighborhood, on the Katy Trail, or at an area park—on Saturday, August 29 and/or Sunday, August 30!
We are asking that participants post their videos and pictures all weekend long on social media using the hashtag #RSR2020 and tagging us @rmhcmidmo.
As one of our major annual fundraisers, Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Mid-Missouri counts on registration fees and donations raised from this event to support our operations throughout the year. In these unprecedented times, it is more important than ever to be able to provide support to the families staying at our House. We are so grateful for YOU!
We hope you’ll participate in this fun event or support a rider with a donation! A t-shirt is included with registration and can be picked up at RMHC on the Friday before the event. Register by August 17th to be guaranteed your t-shirt in time for the event. If attending from a distance your t-shirt will be mailed.

Wayne McDaniel had a passion for adventure and loved participating in the Red Shoe Ride Walk Run. He believed in the mission of the Ronald McDonald House and we are honored to name the ride in his memory.
