Gracelynn was born on December 7th, 2015. Weighing in at 2 pounds 2 ounces, we knew we had a long road ahead of us. Right from the start, it was crystal clear how special Children’s Hospital really is. For the next 8 weeks, Gracelynn, Josh, and I were all taken care of by the amazing doctors, nurses, and staff. It has become a second home to us. They truly go the extra mile to make the hospital stay as comfortable as possible. From celebrating milestones with genuine happiness, fun drawings on the whiteboards, or even just making sure that Mom always has fresh ice water, the staff truly is special and caring.
Our Children’s journey didn’t just end after 8 weeks, it continues on today. Between a few hospital stays and specialist appointments, we continue to use their amazing services. They provide a special kind of care to those who need it the most.
Our love for Children's Hospital is strong and will always hold a special place in our hearts. The people, the level of care, the programs in place, the constant evolution and desire to improve and be the best, is definitely felt and appreciated.
