Becoming a volunteer at the Brandywine Valley SPCA has been a life changing experience for me. I had no idea of all the wonderful things they do to help dogs and cats who are injured, in danger, homeless, in need of food, medical assistance, or behavior help. Many of the dogs and cats that have crossed my path will always remain in my heart. I follow some of them on Facebook and Instagram as their loving families post about them enjoying their new lives. In addition, they provide opportunities for children, families, schools, corporations, and organizations to interact with these pets in very meaningful ways and experience the joy of giving to others. I am so proud to be a part of this organization.
