I’m thrilled to be participating in Care Dimensions 39th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions!  Last year we had over 60 "Jay" Walkers and we are looking for even more walkers this year.  Get out your sneakers and $ to help raise money for this wonderful organization that touches so many families.  Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.
