I’m so happy to once again be participating in the Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting the wonderful organization of Care Dimensions.  
I have been honored to support this cause many times over the years walking with my children and their various schools & sports teams to raise money for a worthy cause. Then, unfortunately the need for Care Dimensions services hit closer to home, and I organized a group a couple of years to walk for "Team Lang" in memory of 2 friends and fellow soccer parents who both left us too soon. And then last year I joined the "Jaywalkers" group to support my friend who had lost her son (Jay) as well as her dad within a close timeframe.  This year I am very pleased to be joining the Jaywalkers again and we look forward to another meaningful day. Paying tribute to these people by participating in these walks over the years has been a wonderful community experience and I appreciate that I am able to join with others for such a great cause.  
It has been very meaningful coming together to remember some very special people and also to raise money that will be used to help many others in the future, including my own family.  

So, I am committed to this cause and I need your help!  Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.  Care Dimensions helps so many people and I think that making a donation is a nice way to show appreciation for the care & compassion that they show to so many individuals and families.
