Can I register to run/walk at the event?
Yes, walk-up registrations are available starting at 7am. You can also register at Packet Pick-Up on April 5th at the JASN Offices from 8:30am - 2:00pm or April 6th at Five Guys Burger and Fries on Las Vegas Blvd and Warm Springs from 10:00am - 12:00pm.
What do I get with the registration fee?
Your walk/run registration includes a t-shirt, swag bag, finisher medal, and entrance into the after race festival. Because you receive these awesome goodies in return, your registration is not tax deductible but donations are!
Do I have to register my kid(s)?
All kids aged 6 or older must be registered to take part in the 5K or walk. They will receive everything an adult would get with their registration. Younger kids (age 5 or below) must are welcome to take part for free, they must be registered in order to receive a child swag kit.
Can I bring my pet to the event?
Yes, as long as your pet is friendly.
If I'm running will I be timed?
Yes, you will be timed. All registered runners will have timing chips. Results will be posted as soon as possible after the event. A timing clock will also be in view at the start and finish line.
Am I supposed to fundraise for the event?
We encourage everyone 18 and older to fundraise and help our mission to empower young people to their own economic success. The more you fundraise the better chances there are you could be named the top fundraiser! We will have prizes for top fundraising individual and team along with team recognitions.
Where do donations go?
All donations directly benefit Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax dectuctible. A receipt will be automatically emailed to you if making your gift online.
