When you register for the Walk for Hospice, you are stepping up to support Care Dimensions’ signature fundraising event. Every step you take and every dollar you raise helps fund the compassionate care we provide to patients and families, ensuring they receive comfort, dignity, and expert support when they need it most. By walking, you are honoring loved ones, uplifting caregivers, and directly strengthening the programs that allow us to continue this vital work throughout our community. Join us and help make a lasting impact for patients and families, one step at a time.

Walker's Village will open at 8:00am, with the walk kicking off at 9:00am. Walkers can choose between the Short Loop (1.5 miles) or the Long Loop (3 miles). Before and after the walk, there will be music, games, refreshments, making it a great team-building opportunity. Dogs are welcome as well!
