Support our community by providing the necessary school supplies for the upcoming half remote and half in classroom school year! Donate monetarily or donate school supplies; whatever you choose will go towards helping students and teachers in our community. 

Expeditors (CLT district) will be supporting with a matching donation of what our employees families and friends can donate. **Please leave the Matching Gifts and Company Donation boxes unchecked.**

Classroom Central has adapted quickly and served more than 10,000 students and 600 teachers during distance learning last academic year.  Moving forward, we’ve re-engineered our programs and will be serving primarily by way of online ordering and curbside pick-up for teachers.  The program will mirror the depth and breadth of materials previously available in the Free Store.  In addition, we plan to continue with bulk supply deliveries to schools as well as our backpacks program.  Should CMS and other districts choose to start the year exclusively with virtual learning, we are prepared to continue supplying students via the grab and go meal sites in addition to our online/curbside program for teachers.

Even though school will look a lot different this year, the need for supplies will be greater regardless of whether students are learning at home or at school, as we know shared supplies are prohibited and many children simply don’t have access to these materials at home.

Classroom Central equips students in need to effectively learn by collecting and distributing free school supplies to their teachers. We serve teachers and students in nearly 200 schools across six school districts in the Charlotte Region. Supplies are distributed through our Free Store, Mobile Free Store and several other community-supported programs.

1 in 2 students comes to school empty-handed. We can change that. Now because of COVID-19, local students’ need will be even greater this fall.
