I am supporting Rhode Island students by participating in the 35th Annual Achieve-A-Bowl which benefits Junior Achievement of Rhode Island. I am hoping today you will join me in helping to provide funding for education programs for our young people throughout the Ocean State!
JA programs help children make connections between what they are learning in school now and how it will be applied in their future. The result is that they are encouraged to stay in school and they begin finding theri education and career paths earlier!
This school year, it is anticipated over 14,000 RI students will experience the benefit of a JA program teaching them about money, careers and how businesses really work!
