Fortunately, I've never needed the team and resources at the Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction Center (or when it was called the Life Foundation), but I have friends who have needed their support and friends who worked there who have given so much of themselves. 

Having the strength to be true to yourself and the grace to support others without judgment is vital in today's world.  Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction Center provides that opportunity and the AIDS Walk gives us all an opportunity to find similar strength, grace and joy.
