Gabi was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor shortly after her 4th birthday.  She has had two surgeries, six weeks of radiation, two pic lines, countless months of physical and occupational therapy, surgery to correct her eyes; and these are just a few of the things that she had to endure over the past five years. This year we are celebrating Gabi's 5th year being cancer free!  Although we are beyond grateful for Gabi's recovery, she does continue to suffer from late effect damage from the radiation. She will continue to need therapy long after she is considered cured.

Through all of our ups and downs, ASK has been with us every step of the way. Wether it was providing assistance in the hospital and during treatment, supporting us during every scan, even now  they help with after school enrichment and camp during the summer.  It is so important to keep the ASK organization funded for Gabi and every childhood cancer fighter and survivor that comes after her.
