Sophia is 11 years old, she was diagnosed with T1D in 2012 she was just 3 years old. Sophia has had to learn the importance of eating healthy and counting her carbs. She LOVES attending Camp Seale Harris she says that is the only place she doesn't have to worry about what other people will say because everybody is just like her.
