Be part of their story—*give now and light the path forward.*
Your donation *directly* funds these life-changing programs *and* qualifies for BOTH the *Arizona Charitable Tax Credit* & the *Arizona Foster Care Tax Credit*.
AYA supports *all teens*, including *teens in foster care*, and *teens and families who qualify for Title I services and meet income eligibility requirements*.
Because of the inclusive, community-based approach, donations to AYA may be eligible for *one or both Arizona tax credits*, depending on how you choose to give.
Important to know:
The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit and the Arizona Foster Care Tax Credit are separate tax credits. Eligible tax payers may be able to claim both credits in the same tax year.
To learn more about AYA and how we elevate teens, view this video here.
All donations raised—regardless of tax credit designation—directly support Aspiring Youth Academy programming, helping teens build financial capability, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial confidence while supporting families across our community.
AYA partners with Executive Council Charities (ECC) to process Arizona Charitable Tax Credit donations. ECC is a qualified umbrella organization that directs your charitable tax credit donation to (AYA). By making your tax credit donation today AYA qualifies for matching gifts and other grants from ECC.
Always consult with a tax advisor to determine if a charitable donation or portion of a charitable donation is tax-deductible or qualifies for a state tax credit.
Arizona Tax Credit Allocation Notice
If your contribution exceeds the maximum allowable amount for the Arizona tax credit you selected, the excess portion of your gift may be applied to the *other Arizona tax credit* for which Aspiring Youth Academy is certified, provided you are eligible.
For example, if you are a married filer and contribute more than the allowable amount for the *Arizona Charitable Tax Credit*, the remaining portion of your donation may be applied toward the *Arizona Foster Care Tax Credit*, if you qualify.
All contributions—regardless of tax credit designation—directly support Aspiring Youth Academy programs serving teens and families in our community.
Please consult your tax advisor or the Arizona Department of Revenue to determine eligibility and how to claim applicable credits.
