A note from Pengu:

I was found as a stray just outside of Lollypop Farm.  I had a large wound at the base of my tail, a fractured pelvis, and was unable to move my legs.  The kind people at Lollypop Farm think I was hit by a car and just dropped off here.  They've been taking good care of me ever since that fateful day and the veterinary team officially adopted me as their own!  I now have some mobility in my hind legs, but I am unable to control my bladder and have recurring bladder infections due to my paralysis.  My clinic friends have tried a wheelchair for me but I like my freedom.

I hope you'll join my team and participate in the Walk for the Animals at Barktober Fest.  It's not just about dogs, you know.  ;)  Together, we'll raise money to support critical veterinary services for animals in need (like me), well-care, and tons of love for homeless and abused pets right here in our community!

Every little bit helps.  So either make a donation to Pengu's Pals, or join the team and help fundraise!  Either way, save the date of September 23 and come out to Lollypop Farm to "Walk for the Animals" with Pengu's Pals. (I can't walk, or I'd be there too.) So please, come walk for me.
