Thank you for all your generous support last year!  Collectively team trentanove raised more than $700 last year thanks to your kind souls and help.  I'm humbly asking you to help us out again this year :)

This superb organization that uses the bike as social change in the local community and around the globe! DOnate to support the two-wheeled revolution!

I started out volunteering, the day of and days prior to the event a couple years ago.  Last year I had a blast riding in my first event, despite wiping out as soon as I was out of the starting gate in the first minute. 

Funds raised by the Bikeathon directly support BnB's programs in Jamaica Plain and around the world. Locally, they employ and empower youth to become leaders in their communities. They run programs that allow kids to earn their own bike, and teach kids how to build and the mechanics of bicycles.  They've also got a program specifically for girls to earn-a-bike (hell yea, GRRL power)!  Globally, they collect old bicycles and fix 'em up here in JP to send around the world, providing "skill development, jobs, and sustainable transportation."  Many of hte bikes get sent to Latin America, where the project started, and Africa, but last year they also sent some to Syria.

I'll be peddling along (with my sisters- and missing Frank!)  in support of BnB's mission and am asking for your donations to help.
