We are walking and fundraising for Bronson Children's Hospital because of the amaZing care that our family has received over the past 14 years. Isabel, aka Izzy and Z, was born 16-weeks early and spent the first 4-months of her life in Bronson's NICU. Our family was surrounded by nurses, doctors and staff from day 1...through day 109! They informed and advised us but most importantly listened and supported us thorugh the good days and the bad.

During the early years, we also spent a notable amount of time in the Children's Hospital for asthma. 

Z is 14, going into 8th grade this fall and is amaZing! She is curious, imaginative and loves Legos (yes, still!) and animals. She is healthy. We are so lucky she recieved such great care early on and are grateful everday because we know that was the foundation for the life that Z is leading.

We didn't know Bronson had a Level III NICU until we needed them. If you've experienced the NICU, you know that miracles happen there. If you haven't, you never know when someone you love might need them.
