Last year, I made a promise to myself that was a lot harder to keep than I anticipated. When I decided to do the BENDIDGO 10.0, I had no idea how much I'd fall in love with the sport of prone paddling. I encourage everyone interested in the Ben to get involved in any way they can. I've made so many lifelong friendships and had such sick experiences through it. Paddling this event is so much bigger than me, and donating is so much bigger than any of us. I'm so stoked to be back with the Channel Chicks this year!
