If you know Lorelai, then you know firsthand the joy and sunshine she brings to our lives. We wholeheartedly believe that her extra chromosome is what makes her so amazing, and we love celebrating it every chance we get! 

NW Down Syndrome Association's Buddy Fest NW is one big party! There's food, music, dancing, bounce houses, face painting, Disney and Star Wars characters, auctions and prizes, and we hear that this year the Unipiper is joining in on the fun. There's also a short walk around the Rose Quarter. We would love for you to join our team in this fun celebration of Down syndrome.

This will be our second year at Buddy Fest, and it will also be our first year without Lorelai's Grandpa Bill, who was her biggest fan and supporter. He loved celebrating her every chance he could, and last year's Buddy Fest was no exception. This year, our team is celebrating Buddy Fest and raising money to support NW Down Syndrome Association in honor of Bill's memory and his love for Lorelai.

We love NW Down Syndrome Association for a number of reasons. They were an amazing support and encouragement to us after we received Lorelai's diagnosis. They work tirelessly to provide support to parents and individuals with Down syndrome throughout their lives, and they are amazing advocates for inclusive education. We are so grateful for the work NW Down Syndrome Association does and are thrilled to support their mission.
