my biking story

As you may already know, several years ago I learned about BikesNotbombs and began doing their fund-raising ride.  Since then, I've actively supported BNB by riding every year.  Although the hills seem a bit steeper and the miles longer, I continue being committed to this small, vibrant Boston organization.  As exploring their website, or visiting their physical site, reveals, BNB assists, trains, mentors, employs and empowers disadvantaged young people, benefitting them and their community.  Besides facilitating the development of healthy, well-functioning young adults with real skills locally, BNB's village-focused international work also truly embodies the BNB ethos of using the bicycle as a vehicle for social change. 

Any support that you may choose to give to my efforts on behalf of BikesNotBombs will be most appreciated.
