Since mid-2018, I've relied on biking as my primary form of transportation and it's seriously changed my life. The way that two wheels mean freedom, fun, and connection to my community has been one of the most consistently inspiring things in my life (in DC and in Boston). I care deeply about multimodal transportation as a way to better the urban environment, and think that biking, in connection with transit and walking, is a beautiful and transcendent experience.

I want to see more and more people feel comfortable on a bike, decrease their car dependence, and find a connection to the genuine joy that cycling brings. I think Bikes Not Bombs is a cool organization that seeks to not only get more bikes in more hands, but also to make a difference in the world through centering voices of justice and liberation.
