I love cycling because of the physical and mental health benefits it provides. Additionally, numerous societal advantages exist, including reduced air pollutants and ecological footprint, decreased noise pollution and congestion, and more "eyes on the street." Increased bike use creates a happier, safer, and more productive society. Through recycling donated bicycles, training young people to fix bikes, and sending thousands of bicycles to international partner communities, Bikes Not Bombs helps improve communities. I have done the Bike-A-Thon charity ride for many years, and I'm happy to join the team again in 2022.
