Hi Friends!

Lately, CrossFit has been getting a lot of my attention, but biking has been and will always be my first love.

I've been working with Bikes Not Bombs (BNB) for over 13 years. My involvement with them began in 2010 as a volunteer for the Bike A Thon (BAT). Since then, I've been a member of the Board, Treasurer of the Board, a BAT volunteer, and a BAT rider. 

BNB's mission is to use the bicycle as a vehicle for social change to achieve economic mobility for Black and other marginalized people in Boston and the Global South. They do incredible work in our communities and around the world.
