Hello! This will be my 4th year participating in the Bikes-Not-Bombs Bike-a-thon (see some photos below!). I'm fundraising as a team with my wonderful partner, Alex, and my friend, Ellen, who inspired us to get involved with Bikes-Not-Bombs. The Bike-a-thon is a little earlier this year, June 8th! So we'd really appreciate your help getting us to our team goal of $1000 (or higher???)!
The proceeds from the Bike-a-thon help Bikes-Not-Bombs further their mission to: employ young people as Youth Apprentices; advocate for safer streets for all; provide free bike repair events to Boston families; serve as a Hub for our community through our mission-driven bike shop; ship thousands of bikes to our partners in the Global South, and; process thousands of donated bikes for sale in our mission-driven bike shop, for donation to people experiencing economic hardship, and for use in our youth programs.
