Little Rafael, a 14-year-old boy who resides in Allentown, was often at odds with his father so his mom enrolled him in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. In the 18 months since Rafael was matched to Big Taj, a 26-year-old medical student, he has grown in confidence and improved relationships with his familly members. Taj has introduced Rafael to community volunteering and is helping him explore potential career pathways. Plus, they have both leveled up their skills on the basketball court!
