The Brandywine Valley SPCA is a no-kill shelter. I am honored and proud to be a member of the board of directors. Our organization provides low cost adoption fees, low cost vet care at our clinics, a food bank, a childhood education program among other important initiatives. We service the entire state of Delaware and Delaware & Chester counties in Pennsylvania!
