This ride marks my 8th long distance tour for CASA!
Over the years I have cycled nearly 7000 km to support children's mental health and couldn't be more proud to be part of the CASA Cycle Family! The route this year will challenge us to cycle 922 km from June 17-25, 2023. Our group of cyclists and support team work together to support the invaluable mental health services that CASA Mental Health provides for children, youth and families in Alberta and I hope you will join me in by supporting this amazing cause with a donation towards my ride.
This adventure has become a family affair for myself, Nadine, Katie, Eric and Deb and Jack as we have all participated in various ways as cyclists and support team members.
The work that CASA provides to children and families in our community is life changing. We all know that mental health services are needed more than ever and CASA has set some ambitous goals to make important changes.
Together we can change the face of kids' mental health and help create a brighter future for child, youth and their families.

About CASA Mental Health
CASA Mental Health is an established non-profit organization delivering mental health services to Albertans aged three to 18 and their families. CASA provides mental health service to the missing middle – mental health treatment for diagnosed children and youth, in between prevention and promotion in primary and community care, and acute treatment in hospital.
CASA Mental Health’s team of mental health professionals are trauma experts committed to delivering service in collaboration with community partners and offering hope to children, youth and families throughout Alberta. This includes assessment and treatment for up to 4,000 children, youth and their families each year, from community outreach settings to intensive treatment programs.
