Since Charlie was born, we have been working together with you to support the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation's: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research. Heart defects are the most common birth defect and the top cause of death related to birth defects in the U.S.  Nearly 1 in 100 babies is born with a congenital heart defect, many of them critical and will not survive their first year. We have lost way too many sweet babies to heart defects.  Together, we can fund the research that will help save the lives of children like ours.
