We invite you to join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026, for the Walk of Remembrance: Miles for Margaret, Lydia & All Babies Gone Too Soon.
This special event honors and remembers babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, neonatal loss, and infant loss. Together, we will walk the steps our babies never had the chance to take, carrying their memories with us every step of the way. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome here.
Family members, friends, healthcare professionals, and community supporters are also encouraged to participate as we come together to honor, remember, and celebrate the lives and lasting impact of babies gone too soon.

Palmetto Islands County Park – Mount Pleasant, SC
(or participate virtually from anywhere)
9:30 a.m. – Check-in and remembrance activities begin
10:30 a.m. – Welcome ceremony and baby name reading
Immediately following – Walk begins
Please plan to arrive early to allow ample time for park entry, parking, and registration/shirt pickup.
The morning will begin with a brief welcome ceremony and reading of baby names as we gather to honor and remember the precious lives that continue to impact our hearts. Following the ceremony, participants will walk approximately 1.4 miles together along a beautiful paved trail through the park. Meaningful remembrance activities will be incorporated throughout the event, creating opportunities for reflection, connection, and healing.
Supporting Stillbirth Prevention
Proceeds from this event benefit Count the Kicks, a public health program that educates expectant parents about the importance of monitoring baby movements during the third trimester to help prevent stillbirth. Research shows that a change in a baby's normal movement pattern can be an important warning sign that requires medical attention.
By participating, you are helping honor babies gone too soon while supporting efforts to save lives through education and awareness.
