In Loving Memory of David Michael Dalpiaz
Thank you for taking the time to honor David’s memory.
David was a devoted husband, a proud father, a loving brother, a cherished uncle, and a loyal friend. Above all, he was an extraordinary man whose kindness, humility, and selflessness left an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
David had an incredible love for life. He found joy in the simple moments, treasured time with his family and friends, and lived each day with laughter, compassion, and purpose. He was the type of person who would give without expecting anything in return, always putting others before himself. His strength, generosity, and unwavering character made him someone people naturally looked up to and admired.
In February 2026 at the age of 58, David passed away after a courageous battle with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare, rapidly progressive, and incurable brain disease. CJD changed his life in a matter of months, but it never defined the man he was. David’s courage in the face of unimaginable adversity, along with the love and resilience of his family, continues to inspire everyone who knew his story.
Today, we honor not the disease that took him, but the remarkable life he lived. We celebrate his laughter, his generosity, his unwavering love for his family, and the countless memories he created. His legacy lives on in every life he touched and in every act of kindness inspired by his example.
By remembering David and supporting CJD awareness, we hope to bring light to a disease that too few people know about while helping advance research for future families. Every person who learns David’s story becomes a part of the legacy he leaves behind—a legacy built on love, strength, compassion, and hope.
Thank you for helping us celebrate David’s life and ensuring that his memory continues to make a difference. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved him, and his love for life will never be forgotten.
“A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. David’s kindness, strength, and love for life will continue to guide and inspire us forever.”
