As soon as he entered the room, Frank had a way of making even an ordinary day feel like a reason to celebrate. He was the life of the party wherever he went, not because he sought attention, but because people were simply drawn to him — to his quick wit, his curiosity, his warmth, his playfully mischievous spirit, and his love of craft cocktails & good times. Guided by his penchant for bringing everyone together, he was most in his element when he was mapping out the next big trip or gathering with as many of his people as he could fit in. Anyone who traveled with Frank knows he was famous for his itineraries — meticulously planned, down to the last detail — and somehow never missing a single highlight along the way. Taking our cue from Frank, we’re hoping to channel a little of his planning savvy into something he’d approve of: helping others.
CJD (Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease) is a rare and devastating neurodegenerative condition, and the CJD Foundation supports families navigating this disease while funding research toward better understanding, diagnosis, and treatment. A gift in Frank's memory helps ensure others facing this diagnosis have access to the same support and hope that carried ours through, while bringing us all closer to a future without CJD.
