My Writing Goals

My writing goals for the Write-a-Thon:
 

  • six (6) finished flash fiction pieces that are ready for more revision and shopping around

It's not a lot, but that'll be around 6,000-9,000 words to revise, edit, and polish to get ready for markets! After Write-a-Thon my goal will be to get into the submission cycle for them, so this is going to be a long-term and ongoing goal.

I wrote a piece during the workshop, and have submitted it to a market! We'll see what happens, but I'm taking what I've got, iterating and revising, and this piece is one I'm happy with. It's a stretch for some of the markets, but there's only one way to find out if it can get a home!
