What is the event schedule?
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Live entertainment, networking, buffet open, and bars open
- 6:30 PM: Program begins
- 6:45 PM: Dancing begins
- 8:30 PM: Awards presentation
- 8:45 PM: Open dance
Where can I park?
- Parking is available throughout downtown.
- A parking garage is connected to the Grand Wayne Center via a skybridge on Level 3 (#7 on map).
- Free downtown parking may be available, but it is first come, first served.
- VIP Sponsors: Bring your parking ticket to registration for validation.
Will food and drinks be provided?
- An Italian buffet dinner will be available from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM.
- A cash bar will be open throughout the event.
- Soft drinks are available for purchase at the bar.
- Water and lemonade will be provided at your table.
How does seating work for tickets and tables?
- Tickets purchased together will automatically be seated together.
- If tickets were purchased separately but you would like to sit together, please email Hannah Schultz, hannah.schultz@eastersealscn.org, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Seating is often arranged based on the dancer you are supporting.
- If you did not select a dancer during purchase, please reach out so we can update your preference.
How do I check in for the event?
- There are no physical tickets.
- At arrival, please check in at the registration table to receive your name tag, which serves as your entry.
- If you purchased a table, please email your guest list to Hannah Schultz, hannah.schultz@eastersealscn.org by April 16, 2026 and include first name, last name, and email address for each guest.
How can I support my favorite dancer?
- Donate directly to their fundraising page (QR codes will be available in the program and around the venue).
- Purchase a “fat head” for $10 (limited quantity—available inside the event space).
- Show your support by cheering them on during the event!
Where do the funds go?
- All funds raised support the vital services provided by Easterseals Northeast Indiana, benefiting individuals and families in the local community.
What is the dress code?
- Cocktail attire / business casual
