Allison is the Mortgage Operations Manager at 3Rivers Federal Credit Union, where she’s worked for nearly five years. A lifelong Fort Wayne resident and Bishop Luers High School graduate, she has 19 years of banking experience, including eight years in mortgages. She and her husband, Dan, stay busy with their two boys, Danny (9) and Elliott (6). Allison loves music, cooking, and serving others through her church, St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Her dance background is limited to a few years of cheerleading—and several unsuccessful attempts at doing the worm at work events… but she’s convinced one of these days she’ll finally get it. 

Doug has been part of the organization for four years, and he definitely knows how to keep life interesting. When he’s not out volunteering in the community, you can usually find him dancing, getting a workout in, or grabbing a mic for some karaoke—whether he’s the one singing or cheering on the crowd. His favorite part of this whole experience, though, has been sharing it with his amazing partner, Allison, and building a friendship that he knows will last for years to come.
