Born and raised in Fort Wayne, RiChard, affectionately known as "Chanz" by his family, is no stranger to the spotlight! As the middle child of three siblings and a proud uncle, he never misses an opportunity to remind his niece and nephew that he’s “the boss.” A graduate of New Haven High School, Chanz has a passion for fashion—he’s a self-proclaimed shopaholic who loves turning heads with his wardrobe. Chanz has been connected with Easterseals Northeast Indiana since he was just six months old, receiving therapy before moving into the Abbott group home at 19. His mother also worked with Easterseals Northeast Indiana for eight years, making his journey with the organization truly lifelong. This marks Chanz’s third year participating in Dancing with the Arc Stars, a dream come true for him. With physical limitations that once made dancing seem out of reach, he never imagined having an opportunity like this. Now, he's proving that anything is possible while using his platform to raise funds for an incredible cause. Everyone knows their boy Chanz—get ready to cheer him on!
