Justin is the Director of Customer Experience at Sweetwater Sound, where he’s worked for 14 years, bringing over 25 years of retail experience. Born at Luke Air Force Base, he has lived in several states but considers Fort Wayne home. He and his wife have been married 22 years and have two children, ages 14 and 6. Justin is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities, a commitment shaped by a family loss of a child born with Down syndrome. Being able to contribute in this way allows him to honor that passion by helping others, which is incredibly meaningful to him. He genuinely love seeing people grow and succeed. He serves on the board of Erin’s House and volunteers with “Real Men Read” for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. A piano and keyboard player, he enjoys family trips—especially Disney vacations—and watching Dancing with the Stars. His dance experience is limited to the electric slide, but he eagerly joined Sweetwater’s Dance with the Arc event to support a cause that is deeply meaningful to him.

Lisa has worked at Meijer for 27 years in the bakery, starting her days very early. She loves arts and crafts, dancing, going to the theater, and seeing movies—though she avoids scary ones! Having participated in this event before, Lisa is thrilled to be back on the dance floor. Dancing is a true passion for her, and she enjoys every moment of performing and sharing that joy with others.
