Zach Bolton is a proud Rogue Valley native, born and raised in Southern Oregon. A graduate of Crater High School, he has deep roots in the local community and a strong understanding of the area’s real estate market. For the past 7 years, Zach has been a dedicated real estate agent with John L. Scott, passionate about helping families and individuals find their dream homes with personalized service and local expertise. Beyond his professional success, Zach is most proud of being a father to his 9-year-old daughter, Arii, whom he affectionately calls his "little twin." Their bond is at the heart of everything he does, and he strives to create a positive, loving environment for her to thrive. Zach is also a gymnastics dad who travels to support Arii’s competitions, enjoying every moment of her growth and achievements. When he’s not traveling for gymnastics or spending time with Arii, Zach enjoys playing basketball, hitting the gym, golfing, and making people laugh. His sense of humor is one of his defining traits, and he loves brightening the day of others. Zach also hosts the podcasts Heckleproof and Billy’s Hot Seat, where he brings his lively personality and infectious humor to his audience. Whether he's cracking jokes, helping clients with their real estate needs, or cheering on his daughter, Zach is all about making the most of life and bringing joy to those around him!
