For over ten years, I have dedicated my career to the mission of Degrees of Change: to prepare diverse, homegrown leaders to succeed in college and career in order to build more vibrant and equitable communities.
As a first-generation college student from a lower-income family, I am passionate about the power of education and the opportunities that are unlocked when our community comes together to support our young people.
We serve nearly 800 college students per year in Pierce and King county with wraparound support through college, mentorship, leadership training, professional development, and internships.
