Koinonia (Koy-no-nee'-ah) is a Greek word which means "fellowship” or “brotherly love." It carries with it the meaning of a committed, trustworthy, and dependable relationship. Such a relationship can be experienced through participation, sharing, giving, and contributing.
I've had the privledge to watch my brother Wayne, succeed through mounting physical challenges in his life, and yet always maintained a positive attitude in everything he did. It is his character that binds my support of David's House because of the individual attitude and character of the residents, care givers and leadership there.
