I'm participating in DogFest LA/OC because I love dogs and know the joy they bring to our lives each and every day. I also believe in Canine Companions and their mission to provide expertly trained service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities FREE of charge.
I will be participating with my current puppy in training, Splash, who hopes one day to be matched with an awesome partner. Together they will be invincible and will do great things. But for now Splash is working to learn some of the basic cues that will help her as she progresses toward that goal.
Leading up to DogFest LA/OC, I am raising money to support the Canine Companions mission. The impact these dogs have on the lives of people with disabilities is incredible.
