Maggie’s story is unlike most foster pups.  Maggie was rescued from a rough place in the Carolinas.  I was down on my luck and had some time on my hands.  I at that time had two dog children of my own of which one was blind, deaf and had dementia.  The main caregiving dog passed away while I was fostering Maggie but before he passed he potty trained her at 8 weeks old and also taught Maggie how to care for the disabled Beagle.  Needless to say I kept the little angel.  She is my partner in crime and also my best friend.  She rescued me during my rough patch and continues to save me everyday.  We participate whenever possible in anything that benefits the animals.  Happy to do this walk again!
